Items purchased within Canada: If you change your mind on the item(s), we will gladly exchange or offer store credit within 15 days of when you received your purchase.
All items shipped to the United states are final sale.
***During this time as we navigate through covid-19 we will be extending the exchange and credit note policy to 30 days of receiving the item. All product has been on-site in Burlington, Ontario for the last 30 days. Items have been sanitized and quarantined for your safety.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, hang tags attached.
Please email email@example.com prior to sending your item(s) back to the address listed in contact us, to notify us of an exchange/store credit request.
Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit. If you are approved then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item on exchange will be sent or a store credit will be issued to your account. Original shipping charges will not be credited.
Buyer is responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If receiving an exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Sale items are final sale unless approved for exchange.
